In this article you will find the standard DNS settings for your Wizzou mailing services.
DNS settings are linked to the nameservers
If you make changes to your DNS settings, make sure that the linked name servers are active.
DNS changes take up to 4 hours to become active
The time can even run up to 24 hours if the nameservers are also adjusted.

2. Configure records in My Wizzou using the DNS template
When using the Wizzou nameservers for your domain, you can easily configure the required DNS records using our pre-made DNS template.
- Go into your My Wizzou account to "My Services" > "DNS & forward management" > "DNS Service"
- Select the domain(s) you want to configure
- Click on "DNS Templates" at the top
- Select the "Wizzou Mailbox" DNS template, and a preview of the DNS records being configured shows up at the right. You can choose to reset the entire DNS zone.
WARNING: Checking "Reset existing records for selected zone" will remove any existing records and cannot be reversed. - Click on "Apply Template" to apply the changes
